2025 – Present- Building patterns, skills, and tooling for AI-first SDLC. Spec patterns, evals, agent-flow mocks, cost-aware design for inference-heavy features.
- Wrote custom MCP servers so AI assistants get real context from Jira, Aha, and internal services.
- Architect for the Environmental Health & Safety module. Built streaming entity extraction and similarity search into the reviewer workflow.
- Prototyped AI Quality Feedback Coach and Process Lifecycle Manager. Used them to figure out where agents actually add value and where they just add overhead.
